Workshop Agenda (Facilitated Day)
This page is the map for the facilitated workshop day. The course modules in the sidebar are numbered 00–13 for self-paced study; on the day we run a re-sequenced subset, grouped into Missions.
🧭 Online vs. on the day. The online course is complete and self-contained — if you're working through it at the office, start at Module 00 and go in order. On the facilitated day, your environment is already provisioned, so we skip setup and start building.
What's pre-provisioned (so we can skip it on the day)
- Module 00 — Course Setup: your tenant, the IT Help Desk SharePoint site, the Tickets list, the knowledge documents, and publishing security are already set up in your workshop environment. (Revisit Module 00 at the office to do this yourself.)
- Module 01 — Introduction to Agents and Module 02 — New Copilot Studio Fundamentals are covered as presentation, not hands-on labs. Read them online anytime for the full concepts.
