๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Claiming Your Recruit Badge โ€‹

Step 1: Verify Your Solution โ€‹

  1. Go to https://make.powerapps.com โ†’ Solutions โ†’ Contoso Helpdesk Agent
  2. Verify it contains:
    • Copilot: Bit
    • Workflows / Cloud flows: manager_approval_for_software (and any escalation flow)
    • Connection references: SharePoint, Office 365 Outlook, Office 365 Users

โœ… Checkpoint: Your solution is complete and packaged.

Step 2: Export Your Solution (Proof of Completion) โ€‹

  1. In Solutions, select Contoso Helpdesk Agent โ†’ Export
  2. Choose Managed (for deployment) or Unmanaged (for backup) โ†’ Export
  3. The .zip downloads โ€” a portable backup of all your work

Export solution "Before you export" panel with Publish all changes and Next/Cancel

โœ… Checkpoint: You have a portable copy of Bit.

Step 3: Claim the Badge โ€‹

Badge claiming depends on how this course is delivered. In an instructor-led workshop, follow your facilitator's instructions; self-paced learners can use Microsoft Learn or the community options.

  • Instructor-led: notify your facilitator, demo Bit in Teams or the demo website, and receive your completion certificate.
  • Microsoft Learn: complete any knowledge checks in the learning path; your badge appears under Profile โ†’ Achievements.
  • Community: submit proof (a screenshot of Bit in Teams, or your exported .zip).

๐Ÿ“ Plan Your First Agent โ€‹

Bit was a guided build. Now sketch an agent for a real problem on your own team:

  1. Pick a job โ€” what repetitive question or task eats your team's time?
  2. Name the knowledge โ€” which documents/sites ground it?
  3. List the skills โ€” 2โ€“4 behaviors (the "playbooks")
  4. List the actions โ€” what tools/workflows does it need (email, create item, approval)?
  5. Decide autonomy โ€” is there an event it should react to on its own?

โœ๏ธ Jot this down before you leave โ€” the hardest part is starting, and you now know exactly how each piece is built.

๐Ÿš€ Keep Building โ€‹

From Recruit to Special Ops โ€‹

The Special Ops course goes further:

  • Multi-agent orchestration (Connected agents at scale)
  • MCP integrations and frontier models
  • Voice agents and Computer Use
  • Custom evaluations and production ALM (CI/CD, environments)

Community & Resources โ€‹

๐Ÿ’ญ Final Thoughts โ€‹

You started with a blank canvas. Now you have Bit โ€” grounded, action-taking, ticket-logging, approval-running, self-escalating โ€” plus the skills to build the next one.

Go build amazing agents. Welcome to the Academy, Recruit. ๐ŸŽ–๏ธ #ColorCloud2026
